Weight Loss Medications

Weight Loss Peptides!

Semaglutide / Tirzepatide / Retatrutide

Peptides are small chains of amino acids found naturally in the body that play a significant role in cellular communication.  These peptides work to enhance certain body functions and promote overall vitality.  As we age, the amount of peptides produced in our body diminishes.  As a way to replenish these amounts, ABSOLUTE Sculpt & Trim offers SEMAGLUTIDE, TIRZEPATIDE AND RETATRUTIDE for weight loss options.

Semaglutide

Struggling to shed those extra pounds despite eating well and staying active? We're excited to introduce a game-changing solution to elevate your weight loss journey — semaglutide injections. Initially created to help manage blood sugar levels for people with type 2 diabetes, semaglutide mimics the action of a hormone called glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1). This hormone plays a crucial role in controlling your appetite and that full-belly feeling you get after eating. So, when combined with a balanced diet and regular exercise, these injections can help you resist those nagging food cravings, cut down on your calorie intake, and finally say goodbye to those stubborn pounds.

Tirzepatide

Tirzepatide is a cutting-edge, dual-mechanism weight-loss peptide designed to promote effective and sustainable weight loss. This innovative treatment works by mimicking two key hormones in the body: GLP-1 and GIP, which help regulate appetite and improve insulin sensitivity.  One benefit of targeting the GIP receptor is that it can help decrease nausea compared to Semaglutide, plus has shown increased weight loss results in comparison.

Retatrutide

Retatrutide is the newest weight loss drug created by Eli Lilly (same manufacturer as tirzepatide). It acts on THREE RECEPTORS:  GLP-1 + GIP + GLUCAGON! It just completed PHASE II Clinical Trials and is entering Phase III, thus it is NOT yet FDA approved. Structurally, it is nearly identical to tirzepatide, with added effect at the glucagon receptor!

What does this mean?

It's been shown to be the most effective mechanism for weight loss on the market in recent trials!  You should notice some appetite suppression, but it also speeds up the metabolism.  It can enhance performance regarding exercise duration. Glucagon also breaks down fat cells in the liver, creating free fatty acids which turn into ketones for energy.   In turn, the medication forces your body to BURN FAT! Studies are showing it leads to an extra 150-200 calories burnt PER DAY or 1400 calories PER WEEK!  That is HUGE to help with getting off that extra weight!
